I just finished 4 weeks of climbed and 6 weeks of nolvadex, so can I train now as before same wight and way especially I am workout shoulder and legs two time weekly

The real recovery starts after pct is finished. I would stick to your compound movements 3 days each week for another 4 weeks and then run labs to see we're you are at
