Ok, so i was reading an article by lou ferrigno in flex mag. And he was talking about his diet from the 70 to the 90s when he came back. In the 70 he was 6,5 275 and said he only ate 3x a day and would take some beef protein like had back then. How is it that so many say food and calorie intake is the answer and he was huge at 275 back then on 3 meals a day. As well as ppl in prison that eat horrible. When i did time i wasnt lifting and some guy were huuge and toned. (Tht came frm the running i know) but how do some get so massive wout the food intake. Said in the 90s he went to 6 meals a day and was 325.
