    need advice please

    hi guys after a months off(trt) i wanna get back on

    i have done in the past 4 week at 100mg eod taper up to 100mg ed for 16 week ( total 20 week)

    i am on medical prescribe trt for low test.

    in these 20 week i gained 13kg and bodyfat dropped a bit that with a heavy dose of Ai so no bloat. This month on trt i was on a ipocaloric diet and are 2 week that i don't train because don't feel well,feel depressed,feel like shit. i can't stand watch my self in the mirror, i know i am depleted and shit but i don't look like i lift and after play with my health(bunch of side effect) i was expeting more than that. I am 5.9 at 81kg on low carb bodyfat at 18%.

    i have a few question.. you keep the high hematocrit or donate blood? during the 20 week cycle i had to donate e6week because it go over 54 and i keep it at 52 max.

    how much surplus you reccomand for my stats on 100mg of test prop ed. Is better 200mg of prop eod ( for the peak)?

    In these 20 week i trained without a logic or progression and i was scared of eating anithing over 3200kcal because i was scared of gain more fat. So I had a plateu and come off on trt of 250mg week.

    This is my story.. i don't want to use nothing than test because i see i am doing less damage to myself and i know for sure what is in it. I can take up to 1400 week but i don't think i will manage side,and i don't wanna shot 4ml of oil ed.

    Can you guys give me some advice? what routine you recommends?

    So I might be wrong here but it seems like u are using your try dosage to cycle with instead of correct your levels?

    What's the rest of your stats? We can tell u how high 3200 cals are. (I'm sure it's not to much and if your trying to lean bulk. Up it even more). Don't ever be scared to eat. Just make it clean.

    Hi thank you for the answer, i don't understand fully your first question my trt is 150mg ew but i make it a bit higher-

    4000kcal will suit the dosage i will use? i was of the idea that eat clean was a myth, one kcal is one kcal. For clean you mean low fat right? how you would split those kcal macros%?

    what other stats you need?

    Nobody likes coming off wether they go back to TRT or like some of us have to go PCT. its a psychological effect, you feel weaker and usualy less motivated, which can lead to thinking your smaller and then that can lead to depression

    4 weeks off imo isnt enough time to jump back on, you need to ride it out longer, get bloodwork and make sure everything is ok, then go on the next blast.

    If your feeling crappy now and go back to high dose, your just delaying the problem, and you will feel even worse trying to come off the longer you have been on.

    What you going to do? Stay on a high dose forever? Plateau and increase more?

    You need to ride it out im afraid.
    Keep telling yourself you need to be strong, you can do it and you will be increasing the dose/starting your next cycle before you know it.

    I get blood work every month,everything is in check. i got tempted do add thing but i shut up the voice in my head,700mg of test are more than enough for me. I have to eat more and clean( hope don't get fat). Also i don't think i can stay like this for another 4 week. When i was on 700mg of test i was the man.. now i feel a *****.


    any workout tip?

    Its not just the bloodwork, but also the mental state

    Your having a mental withdrawral from the high amount of test, which can be compared to a drug addict having withdrawral from a recreational drug (im not saying your a drug addict by the way lol) im just saying from what you described your having a withdrawral effect (you mentioned feeling depressed etc)

    I wouldnt dive back on just because you feel a bit crappy, id wait and let your mental health resume to normal.

    4 weeks off isnt a lot imo

    i think that on this blast i will make more gain and at the end come off happy and wait more, but i can't keep going like this, i don't feel a bit crappy,i feel like shit,depressed, no self confidence whatsoever,last day i stay at bed all day long.

    you are wrong.. i am a drug addict because i know that i will take testosterone for the rest of my life.

    Just saying but u could feel this way every time u are recovering.

    Most feel down and kinda weak. U might hAve a harder time feeling down then others dearing pct. Some ppl nothing changes there the lucky ones!

    What I'm saying is that even if u hit the goal u want off this next cycle and everything. U still could and probably will feel like s**t after the cycle.

    Basicaly you need to get used to feeling crap when coming off and be mentaly strong during that time, make sure your diet and water intake is good as well

    I do think you will just jump back on high dose again, good luck with whatever you decide

    i don't understand why.. 250 is still higher than average.
