I buy from Tigerfitness, but i can't wait for that order and i need to buy some BCAA tomorrow.
I'm probably going to GNC, or the vitamin shoppe.
what are the things to look for in a top of the line BCAA?

just get a name brand and not the most expensive BCCA is BCCA so it wont make much of difference who makes it
thanks
i like optimum nutrition
but it doesnt really matter like they said
I went with cellucor and a brand by Mark Lobliner
Any. brand does not mean a lot..
I quite like AminoCore (AllMax). Good flavours, mixes well, and have a good profile.
But thats more me being a magpie for shiny packaging, than any real science.
AS is the best bca.
lol thanks
Using ON bccas, frankly speaking I see no difference in brands...
I use muscle pharm, I've got no complaints
Request please. I was under the impression if protein intake was appropriate, BCAA's weren't needed, can you give your feedback/advice? Thanks!
I just bought Body building.coms BCAAs 8g per scoop. 2:1:1 Ratio. tastes pretty good too.
i go with leucine - 5g in pre to prevent catabolism. tastes bitter, but i have sugar in my pre as well.
ON BCAA's are by far purest and best on the market man. Got some great results with them!
I like BCAA's, it gives nice taste to water
Cant really tell you more than that
I use INTRA-MD EAA+ during my workouts and am very pleased with it.
I use MyProtein BCAA's
Like said by Kel & Bart, BCAA's are a waste of money unless youre getting Leucine
