    It seems ridiculous the way the article framed it, but fecal transplants are actually a legitimate treatment for C. Diff. infection, with an unmatched success rate.

    My wife had this type of treatment for Ulcerative Colitis and it was working extremely well. Hard to get over the yuck factor but get sick enough and you'll try anything IMHO.
