Check my PCT

I have been shut down for about 16 weeks now. Starting PCT tomorrow. Cycle was:

Test E. 750mg a week
Deca 250mg a week for weeks 1-10
Dbol was used at 40mg weeks 1-4 and again the last couple weeks of the cycle
adex was ran at .5mg 2x a week
HCG 500iu's a week throughout the cycle

My thoughts for PCT were:

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Tamox 40/40/20/20/20/20

I read some stickies in this forum and some of them said to run an AI even during PCT. I have plenty of adex... should I continue using it in PCT? And if so, at what dose?

I would drop the clomid to 50 the second week

No adex is used to stop aromatise. Your test levels will be low during pct let your body balance out. Discontinue the adex when you start your serms
