can i take test Aquatest by it self? I am 26 years old, height is 5'3''/63in, 128lbs 15% body. I've been working out for 7years since I joined the Marines. Should I use anti estrogen Nolvadex while taking Aquatest?

The only Aquatest I am familiar with is a 100mg/ml water based suspension. I wouldn't attempt to run a cycle based on suspension. You're looking @ pinning 2x ED to keep stable levels and you would have a really hard time getting your AI dosage dialed in.
The 600x you mentioned may be a prohormone type substance and I can't really comment on it as I haven't used it.
