    Smelling salts??

    Hey guys I seen a couple January new starters sniffin what I'm pretty sure was smelling salts in the gym does it actually do any thing? Swear it was just a power lifter sort of thing?

    I use them year round. They're great for just clearing your nose out, nothing worse than trying to lift and not being able to breath.
    The other aspect is, if you use strong ones, and take a really deep breath.
    it's painful, but may help with focus and getting worked up for a lift.

    I occasionally use Nose Tork if I'm needing a little extra aggression or sometimes in the summer if I get the "staggers". Lifting in my shop in the summer in SC can get hot w/o air conditioning.

    Edit: Also, I have used the crushable amps if I didn't have the Tork. Either works well when needed.

    Your thread got me to order these from Amazon. Keep a package in my bag now for the gym. Work fantastic for those early morning workouts.
