My Diet is Better than Yours!

Was watching Shark Tank earlier while I was cooking and never changed the channel. There is a show on now that is called/named what the name of the thread is. Each trainer has a different philosophy on diet. It just started and is on ABC.

My question is, why didn't we think of that!!!!

A TV show with over weight people and trainers that each have a different philosophy on eating.

One diet/trainer is Nutrient Timing, another is wild diet (high fat and protein, keto like), the other is Superfood swap (switching your craving food for superfoods), another is clean eating, and the other is no diet

anyone see the "fit to fat to fit" series?

Basically the traininer has to gain 60+ lbs before helping an obese client lose weight. Interesting concept.

I agree. Its surprising just how stupid people are. I wonder if those "trainers/diet experts" actually believe the bullshit they claim. It is entertaining to watch tho.
