Hey, Ive been training since 2012 and weighed in at 16st7lbs I lost all the weight by hitting cardio hard and got down to 9st7lbs, and basically under eating as I didnt have a clue about nutrition etc.. Im now 22 years old and been bulking since april, Im now looking to make serious gains and start taking somekind of steriod, but ive not a clue where to start or what with. Im now 11st7lbs and looking to add some muscle. Thanks, Dale
