I know during PCT you're not suppose to train intense, for longer than 30-40 minutes, and you need to take more days off. Im trying to come up with a split were I can train my body less days a week and be out of the gym quicker. While I was on cycle I was using this split:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back/ Calves
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/traps
Friday: Tris/bi's/ calves:
Saturday and Sunday off
I was thinking of doing this split during PCT:
Monday: chest/tris
Tuesday: back/ bi's
Wednesday: legs/ calves
Thursday: Shoulders/ traps
Friday-Sunday off
I would be cutting down on the number of sets/exercises I will be doing to shorten up the amount of time im in the gym. I also plan to stop doing drop sets, forced reps, or negatives and just focus on lifting heavy.
Any other thoughts or suggestions? Or other PCT tips? I plan on keeping calories high throughout PCT as well.
