I'd probably double the amount of times you work out and change your diet around at this stage.

    What is your bodyfat %?

Can you detail your workouts and your macro's?

Why the d-Bol? It's actually very hard to dial in your AI as it heavily aromatizes! And why 60mgs of d-Bol? If he went along with this(which I'm not suggesting) what would 60mgs do that 50mgs wouldnt(besides help his liver values rise more)? And where's the liver support & ancillaries?....

OP just run a test only cycle and follow what's in the link Tax posted up! GL

Hi, and first of all thanks for your kind reply. My body fat % is 29.3 as of today. I have a personal trainer and he can be

very tough and I like that. We meet up twice a week I do usually do side raises, barbell press (shoulders), side raises, standing barbell curls,

hammer curls. Last week he introduced to barbell squats.

Steroids are not for begginers, they will bring a lot of problems.
High body fat will exponentiate steroids side effects.

As a begginer you dont need steroids, you need to learn to train first, only after at least 2 years of heavy training you should think about steroids... Training twice per week is not heavy training...
Steroids are not magical drugs that will turn fat into muscle in weeks, it takes years of hard training and spot on nutrition.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. My body fat % is 29.3 as of today.

I have a personal couch and he is very tough and I like that. We meet up twice a week,

and because his training facility is very small (no workout machines) I usually do

barbell bench presses, standing barbell presses, side raises, standing barbell curls,

hammer curls, barbell squats, sit-ups, push-ups etc. And I do follow his advice on

    what to eat.

You should do your best to find it in your brain to agree with him. 30% body fat signals that you do not have the wherewithal to understand basic dieting and training principles. That, or you're just a troll.

Read all you can, learn all you can, train smart and applicate it in a all responsible fashion and then consider gear.

I am about your same age and just started a couple of years ago. I do not recommend to cycle over 15% bf. AAS will increase your blood pressure and cholesteral. If it is already elevated, then you are increasing risks involved with taking AAS. My opinion is that you also need cardio to get in shape prior to AAS.
I am confused as to why you would want to cycle only working out 2x week. AAS is not magical and you need to work hard to gain muscle mass, and even more importantly work hard to maintain your gains when off cycle.
If you are going to cycle do not forget AI, hCG, and proper PCT.

BB is right 100%. Yours body fat is way too high and your training expérience is far from adequate to even think of using steroids.

It's great that your going to a trainer... It's a shame he doesn't have you doing cardio or HIIT, on top of weights and that you can only go 2x wkly - why can't you go on your own on the days you don't see him??...

Your tendons & ligaments are no where near ready for ANY type of 'heavy training'(and 2x a wk will not get yiou there)let alone AAS! Your BF being that high makes testosterone aromatize much more rapidly(into Estrogen)... It's going to be very hard to dial in any type of AI so I firmly suggest to visit our diet and workout sections and read read read and educate yourself in all aspects of this lifestyle... If you don't actually live this lifestyle it's THAT much harder to get where you need to be... And steroids will only harm you at this time!

Take it from ones who've been there done that and have come back to inform others of the horrible experiences they experienced by not listening to the very sound advice give to them... GL
