Natural Hypertrophy for me works best with going to failure on every set. 8-12 reps. 4 count eccentric tempo. I like to super set when i plateau. example: Close Grip bench followed by tricep extensions. I've never cycled before. Will my body respond with the same training methods or should i tweak them because my body will grow differently while on cycle? Does time under tension matter as much while on gear as it does while not? For me, i get bigger by strength training with faster tempo, but my results are much more noticeable with say a 4-0-4 tempo in the 8-12 rep range
