The one thing really worrying me is the elevated CK and muscle damage, i hope my heart isnt damaged, fvuk.
Elevated creatine kinase in a bodybuilder is used to rule out kidney damage and mildly elevated transaminases.
I do expect you to have trained in the last few days so you have nothing to worry about.
Really dont know whats the point of taking bw when not in fast state.
Other than that only your TSH might worth a look at.
Elevated CK is at 848 though, reference range only goes to 201, so its 3x higher than ref range, is this of nothing to be concerned about? because all the googling ive done has suggested ,muscle or heart damage/ near heart attack like lol. (****).
Yes i train everyday, last few months ive been training 7 days per week, 1.5-2hours per day, obviousely i talk in the gym and what not but yeh.
Some body parts twice per week, IE chest and back hence the 7 day split. Apparently creatine kinase can stay elevated for a few days hence why it shows high in the blood test? Does that number of 848 not show any signs of heart or muscle damage? Would it be much higher?
Probably only means you are overtraining, you know we grow when we rest not in the gym right?
If you want to rule out heart damage you can ask your doc for the ck isoenzymes separation, there are some which only present in the heart muscle.
Or rest for a few days and take the test again, remember to fast this time lol
Thanks, another question for anyone, im offseason atm with a weight of 110kg, i would like to keep gaining, is there anything in these blood tests that indicate i need to diet down? im trying to stay as lean as possible and not pile on tons of bodyfat. But if these bloods are jepardised because im to heavy i guess ill have to bite and diet down.

Unless your Dr. says differently, if it were me, I would bump up my water intake a good bit, stick strictly with your TRT dosage, maybe scale back the lifts for a few weeks prior to next labs, and then have them pulled again in 9-12 weeks.
But that's what I would do. I'm not a healthcare professional. If your Dr. is wanting to do differently, then defo do what he/she says.

If you've been pushing really hard with your lifts, I wouldn't lose too much sleep over the elevated creatine kinase. I would do as I mentioned above about retesting.
My Dr. competes regionally in Oly lifts and she mentioned how her Ck gets elevated in the weeks going up to a meet. With time and reduced muscle stresses/damage, they generally come back down.
Now if you've been feeling really rundown, funny sensations in your chest, heart feels like it was fluttery, then I would say get our @ss back to the Dr. and tell him/her about it and see if they want to investigate a little more.
Again, that is just how I would approach it.

Here's one relevant line from the above study: "Post exercise CK levels 5 to 10 times the normal limit"
I've had rhabdomyalisis from overtraining before. My CK levels were in the thousands if I recall correctly and had to be hospitalized. My "advice" (it's been a few years since it happened):
If your kidneys are not functioning properly your urine goes really really dark, and that's what you should watch for. I had to drink something ridiculous like 3 litres of water per hour until all the creatine my muscles were releasing into my bloodstream got cleared out. I think the CK levels dropped by half in 12 hours, and I was ok once it hit 700.
If your GP saw the results and wasn't worried I wouldn't be either. Even though I was in ER and was supposed to be on IV with very dangerously high creatinine levels all I had to do was drink a ton of water to clear it out. I suggest you do the same. If you're dehydrated and over training chances are your kidneys are working pretty hard filtering all the creatine being released, and water will help with that.
Severe rhabdomyalisis (high CK levels) causes kidney blockage and eventual failure. You don't have that, or your GP would have sent you to the ER on an IV drip.
I'm confused. I thought high ck levels were in correlation with heart and muscle damage? What does heart and muscle damage have to do with kidneys? Aren't they seperate?![]()

Your levels are nowhere near any of this. If you're that worried, drink a few gallons of water tonight, fast properly, and get your bloods done again. Like I said, large amounts of water will reduce elevated CK levels fairly quickly.
