HGH - AM vs. PM?

Hey Guy's,

What do you think about AM vs. PM injections. I've done hgh several times in the past, usually fairly high doses am and pm. Now I have a wife and baby and am going to be doing smaller doses am OR pm due to finances. Don't get me wrong, I love the wife and boy, but these things were much easier when I was single!!! LOL!

If your using small amounts of gh then AM injection are fine

Just two more specific questions.

If I'm taking 4 iu's a day. Would you take 2 am and 2 pm or the whole 4 am? ( Around 4:00 am to avoid the carbs till my protein/carb breakfast at 8:00 am.)

Also, I'm taking T4 and have 75 mcg tabs. When and how much would you take that?

My opinion on this is split it up. I would do morning shot with no carbs and second shot with insulin to allow for carbs after. As for t$ its has half life of 4 days, at this dose taking it all at cone is fine and timing is not that relevant.

Ameen Alai (mad scientist) is a huge advocate of smaller gh doses but more of them through out the day, i have a tendency to agree with him on this one.

I like my inject of HGH in the AM when I wake and again PWO.

I would split them up into am and pm shots.
75mcg will be fine with 4ius imho and take it any time you want, if you feels a little strange on it take it at night but this usually only happens to a few people at a higher dose, so you will be fine.

I've experimented with taking smaller doses (2iu) 3x daily for a while. I just found it to be too disruptive to my schedule to plan my day around multiple HGH injections. I just keep my HGH shot in an eye glasses case next to my bed and as soon as I open my eyes in the morning, I roll over and pin. I take 100mcg (75mcg is also fine) T4 daily. I've kept up this regiment for many years and I'm still getting good results. BTW, for a long time I used to poopoo the idea of localized fat loss at HGH injection site. But after years of injecting on the left side of my belly button I noticed that there is less fat on my left side. I gotta even things up so I'm pinning on the right side. Honestly, for most people who run HGH for less than a year, I don't think they'll notice anything significant. But it is a good idea to rotate your injection sites.
