I spent a few years perusing the site and learning from all of the great minds found here. It has been a decade since my last post and I am glad to reconnect with this site after raising a family and seeking a professional advantage in life. I have continued to stay involved in the fitness world by training and staying active through sports and many other activities in and outside of the gym. I have had 2 hernia surgeries, a SLAP repair and a hip surgery last January. I have since continued training. Enough about that!
My question for some of you is if at 38 years young I am still in the know of what is and isn't the norm? I have experience with HGH, EQ, Test E and P, Dbol, Anadrol, Anavar and of course the necessary compounds used for the oft neglected PCT. I am looking at adding more muscle and want to do it safely, so I thought I would pick the collective brain of those who appear to have a wealth of strong and accurate knowledge.
I am currently around 5'10 and 180ish at around 7-8 percent BF. I am looking to add muscle and get/stay around 195-200 lbs. I have a friend who is still in the game and can get just about anything.
Without getting into to much detail I am looking at using:
4-6 weeks?
35-40 mg Dbol to start or
Test P perhaps.
12 weeks
400-600mg
Deca or EQ (joint health matters here)
Need some insight on prolactin issues with with Deca?
14 weeks
Test Enathate around 500mg weekly
During and After: Have Dex, HCG, Clomid and Nolva handy.
****I also have about 8 weeks of Anavar as well if that could/should be used.********
I know this is fairly general, but I am open to all comments or flames for that matter!
