    Came back after 15 years.

I was a member and joined here in 2002 and considering giving it another go. Somehow I just logged in and had remembered my password. Im pretty unhealthy now and plan to change this, and soon. I was hoping to get back into a somewhat easy regimen and a mild cycle. Now I am 46 and I believe my discipline is much better than it used to me. What would a good general WO routine and mild supplements look like and what should I start out with, if you were to do it all over again what would you do ?

    Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly. When I was around everyone had a hard time deciding what their goals were. Were they cutting or bulking ? I think thats an important step to take before you start this up. So I am sure things have changed in 15 years, but this hasnt.

    Welcome, and many happy returns.

Don't worry about the supplements and gear at this point, focus on a clean high protein diet, and simple compound movements in the gym. You have to get several months under your belt before you can even consider a cycle. Anything less could cause some damage.

Welcome, life takes over sometime and priorities have to change...because now it is not just you but a little ones mouth that has to be fed.you hold them for the first time and suddenly you realize it not abut your life and dreams but theirs...years pass and as life has settled and you now actually find yourself with free time you return wiser you start looking to go back to the world you fell in love with in your youth. Older and wiser and hopefully smarter..yes some things have changed as with anything over time.....gear!!! We just called it juice..
