Good for the most part..thank you for asking. Training is not a big priority at the moment. Alot changed in couple yrs. I almost cost myself a divorce ...needless to say. But I saved it..and now im about to be a father again in three weeks. Quit old job..now self employed. ..lot of work and lot less time to train. Ive actually been into cardio and staying lean as opposed to being a monster. Obviously I could not keep the huge size off the gear. There was just no way but i do know what it would take to get it back rather qucikly and easily. I dont do HIT anymore. If i went back for size thats all i would do.
For now im just being me and using my own natural body's test output. I do need to be on test it would help alot. But thats pretty much it. Still train heavy and hard but its not a strict regime anymore...life gets in the way...I could go on and on.
