Hello all.
Just joined today. Was doing some browsing trying to learn some things about proper cycling and things of that nature, came across this site and started reading some of the posts and just thought, man this is where I want to be if I want to learn some good info.
I am anxious to get on here and learn as much as I can. Have been training for a little over a year and I am really starting to get serious about it. Hope to pick up some great knowledge as far as training techniques, nutrition, cycling, etc...
