Ok so I've been in the gym for about a year now and have had nice solid gains(135lbs-160ish). Well now I've obtained some nice gear two 10ml test-e 250, one 10ml (homemade) test 400, one 10ml sust 250, and 50 gp oxy tablets 50 mg. what's the best use of all this? And what kind of gains can I expect? Any diet advice we also be awesome since I am naturally a runt. I am 31 and if I laid off the gym I'd be a walking 135 lbs stick. so all the help and advise would be great!!
