For those who say time off = time on...

For those of you who say time off should equal time on, do you count PCT as time off?

    For example:
If you run a 12 week cycle and a 4 week PCT, would you count the 4 weeks as time off or time on?

Yes, count pct. and the wait time in between your last shot and PCT's starting.

Right on. It's the same amount of pinning pretty much an 8 week short ester cycle as a 12 week long ester.

    ^this

remember PCT is part of the cycle
example 10 weeks test enth, wait 2 weeks, do a 4 week pct = 16 week cycle

so 16 weeks off before starting the next
try to get bloodwork 8 weeks after pct to check everythings in range
