    A new area for me.

    Well guys, ive been around these parts off and on for a few years. Just popped back in to check on everyone. I turned 40 a few months back so i guess its time to start hanging in this form to get some tips on over 40. Many seniors from Canada lurking around? Lol. Look forward to some reading.

    No reason to be depressed. When we look after ourselves good things happen. I saw my doctor yesterday and all my numbers are good. According to the doc a lot of people in their 20s would like to have my numbers. I hope to be able to beat up my grandkids for at least another 20 years...lol

    growing up next to the tar ponds finally had a positive effect on somebody!!!

    Not really, I wasn't that close to them, and I got out of there early enough to sustain minimal damage...I have often wondered about the people in the pier who spent years in close proximity to the ponds; are there any left alive I wonder.
