Hello everyone,
I am 24, 6'3", and 200lbs. I am completley new to this entire thing, and I'm wondering if someone could help guide me in the right direction!
I am a natually skinny guy.. Have started eating a lot more and hitting the gym hard for the past 13 months. Before i started lifting, I was a pathetic 170 (tall and lanky). I'm finally at a solid size, but I want to take my gains to the next level.
Any cycle suggestions you may have to bulk up would be greatly appreciated. If you don't want to go in complete detail, feel free to just attach a link that you think may help me. Again, thanks!
