Hello, I have been doing a bit of research on here and I'm interested in learning more. I am 30 years old, currently 5'10 186lbs my meal plan has been getting more and more successful for years. I am just getting into my cutting phase and it seems I am much more exhausted then usual (maybe its being 30?) even after increasing carbs a bit, hardly feel preworkout anymore. So anyways always interested in learning about the science of bodybuilding.
