Hcg 500iu/week week 1-10 <---------?
Clomid 100/100/50/50 week 12-16
Nolva 40/40/20/20 week 12-16
The Hcg is what im wondering if it's worth running 500iu/week (250 mon thurs).
Also I plan to eat 1000kcal above maintenance for the first 4 weeks, then drop to 500kcal above maintenance for 6 weeks. Then up it to 1000kcal+ to keep as much progress as possible.
Important stats/background:
-Started MMA at 7y/o trained and fought till 16
-Basketball for 2 years in HS
-Bad back+knee injury from an accident that ****ed me for two years, took up gaming
-college started, cleared to lift, new school new me bullshit that worked, went from being a weak wet 180lb to a dry 190lber in 4 years.
-lifting for 6 years pretty damn consistently
-swim and kickbox 3x a week
-26 y/o
-5'11
-195lb (Like to stay fairly lean)
-12-15% bf
