    First cycle critique needed

    I'm 24 and will be starting my first cycle next week. 6'0" 175 lbs.

    Should do all test e 500mg for 10 weeks or

    Test e 500mg 10 weeks + Dianabol 30mg daily first 4 weeks?

    My goal is to bulk up and get bigger.

    I'm very new to this so any help would be appreciated.

    What is your bodyfat %? You are pretty light, AAS won't do anything for you if you don't know how to eat to gain weight.

    Please post your current diet with macro's.
