SO about 4 years ago i ran my first ever cycle, Did test prop EOD (1oomg) for 8 weeks.
Im 6'2
Start of cycle i was 115kg- after the 8 weeks...I was 105 but my strength had gone up extremely well, Have zero sides, PCT went great, Did not loose any strength what so ever. I also ran a 1500cal a day diet.
Im defintely doing anthoer cycle of prop, Thinking 12 weeks, And im not really sure on the dosage, I loved the fact the first time i had zero sides, So i would like to head towards that again, Im thinking maybe 150mg EOD?
Currently 105kg.
