been having libido issues on teen cycle after two weeks of starting. i read as long as estro is in check prolactin won't be a issue and no need to take DA. I took a blood test and found my prolactin to be 27 from 5-14. is this considered high? i have prami on hand but I'm not sure how much to take or if i should even take

No, Prami increases dopamine which then leads to a decrease in PRL production.

Yes, tren is a progestin so it acts like PRO.

You're using 100mg/week of test e and 400mg/week of tren e correct?

If this is the case you are using too much tren for your first time.

There's no good reason to use over 300mg/week.

I think your should drop it to 200-250mg/week of tren e.

Most everyone responds to test/tren ratios differently.

Finding the ratio that works best for you is the exact reason why short esters should be used for first tren cycles.

I also believe you will feel much better if you increase your test to around 250-350mg/week.

What ever dosages you decide keep using your AI and you can either run prami for the remainder of the cycle or proceed without Prami and have labs again in a few weeks after the dosage change.

If you still don't feel better after lowering the tren and increasing the test then you will likely have to drop the tren from your cycle.

Thank you so much for the help, going to lower the tren to 250 a week. My t is at my trt dose so I don't use Ai.

Also in the last week or so my nips have gotten puffy and a little itchy despite my e being at around 19-21 (kept my trt dose just added tren) I'm guessing it is from the prolactin? Will the prami help this? Also idk if I'm seeing things but I very bloated although my sodium was in check and carbs moderate but does the lowering prolactin reduce bloat? I woke up after first dose of prami and feel leaner in the face especially. Or it could be the night sweats that did it lol

I don't think you're taking enough test to feel like a normal man.

That's a great question and I'm not sure of the answer.

We might never know unless they do tren studies in humans.

I've done insanely high amounts of tren on a trt dose with no real physical sides other than feeling sleepy.

I wanted to mention this before, but it slipped my mind. Stress has been shown to elevate PRL.

As goofy is it might sound you would likely benefit from some yoga or fishing or whatever makes you feel calm a few times a week.

Once again, adding anything else into your regimen is a terrible idea.

You have enough problems now there's no need to add another.
