I'm looking for some help, suggestions with a Tren cycle I plan on starting. Here are my current stats: 146lbs, 8% BF, 5'4, 44 years old. On a meal plan of 2250 Cal. Working out 6 days and off 1 day. Only 10 mins cardio to warm up and 20 mins after routine with stretching before and after. Last cycle was almost a year ago; T400, wini, dbol and 14 day PCT with HGH, clomd, nova.
Currently thinking about; Tren eod 6 weeks, wini 20 mg 6 weeks, then 20mg/day for 4 weeks, with 50mg clen/day. Then another 6 weeks of Tren stacked again with wini. And PCT, suggestions on PCT is welcomed.
Supplements:
AM: Creatine HCL 5g, Glutamine 5g, vitamins
Preworkout: NO-Xplode
Intraworkout: BCAA's
Postworkout: Cell Mass, Muscle Milk, Glutamaine 30 minutes later
Night: Glutamaine
