Im about to properly start lifting again after coming back from an ulna shortening osteotomy, Im 23 later this year and sit at around 85kg (pre op i was a lean 90kg) Ive been lifting for years and am looking to get back into it again after not training since the start of the year. Last year i ran just superdrol 20mg a day two weeks on two weeks off and also anavar 60mg a day after my course of superdrol. Yes, there was no test because i didn't want to jab, though i know it is much better for the body to do so. So i get cleared tomorrow and for the past week i have slowly started lifting light again and with some research and experience from last years +8kgs from the superdrol i would like to try it all again whilst adding test as well, if i could please get some advice or recommendations on the plan i have created that would be much appreciated.
Week 1-2 Superdrol 20mg per day
Week 3-4 Recovery
Week 4-6 Superdrol 20mg per day
Week 6-8 Recovery
Week 8-11 Superdrol 20mg per day
Week 8-18 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 1ml per week
Week 14-17 Anavar 50mg per day
Week 14-18 1000iu Hcg per week
Week 19-20 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 21-22 Nolvadex 20mg per day
Week 23-24 Novladex 10mg per day
Will include Milk Thistle, Krill/Fish/Calamari Oils, Beetroot juice, Hawthorn berry, Multivitamins, Magnesium, Potassium, Red Yeast Rice and CoQ10 along with N-Acetyl Carnitine supplements.
