Filtering home brew, need something much better

Right now I'm using:

Autofil 1102-RLS Sterile Full Assembly Vacuum Filtration System, PES Membrane, 500ml Volume, 0.22µm Pore Size

and a hand vacuum pump. It is very inefficient when trying to brew 500-1000ml each filter will only filter 200ml of oil before it is clogged and I need to move on to the next one. What would be a good step up for me to try next?

I use the zapcap-cr and they too slow down around at 100ml. Expecially Test e. It slows down at 50ml.
