Hey guys,
So I did a show last May (2015) and my coach had me having Anavar for 8 weeks (2 tabs a day) and then Clen. The Clen was for 4 weeks. For 2 weeks he had me having 2 drops in the morning before cardio, then for 2 weeks it was 4 drops.
I got the shakes and cramps but otherwise was okay. He didn't tell me to take Taurine but I will this time.
I have the bottle of Clen still, it's a liquid bottle wih a dropper. It says 200mcg on it, so I have no idea what one drop amounts to?
I'm starting my cut and want some aid from the Clen.
I'm 5'1, 119lbs trying to cut to 105lbs but still retain my hard earned muscle.
I know a lot of basic facts about Clen and have done research but it's always nice to hear from peers.
My questions are:
-How many drops should I be taking? (In relation to an ideal cycle)
- What should I be supplementing with?
- How can I avoid burning muscle as much as possible? (Asides lots of protein and continuing heavy lifts)
-** How do I avoid weight gain rebound?
- Will Clen damage my metabolism?
- I realized that this bottle is expired, but it's been in a cool dark and dry environment since last year... I took some today and definitely felt a jolt. (placebo?! Lol)
