Anavar and test 400 help

OK guys I need a complete run down of on cycle and post cycle therapy. 22 years old. Weight 158. Bf 13.2% 2 ml of test 400 and split the 50 mg tabs into morning and night. Still unsure if I will run them both during whole 12 week cycle or stagger them. Yeah I know the age thing but did blood work and my test is super low. 268 test and 9 free test.
