10 Week Cycle - Pct's & coming off

I'm about to finish a 10 week cycle of test e, deca & anadrol, running 2ml test e, 1ml deca & 50mg anadrol.

I've got aromasin & hcg at home. How long should I run these & how long should I wait until I start my next cycle to be on the safe side?

My next cycle I want to run 2ml test e, 2ml deca & 50mg anadrol.

time on plus pct= time off after a cycle but you should have been running the hcg and aromasin during your cycle as they are not a pct....you need to get some nolvadex and clomid for you pct...

I can get my hands on some nolva & clomid. How long should I run those for? so 10 weeks on = 2 weeks pct + 8 weeks off?

Good lord, why didn't you have all this sorted before your cycle began?

I'm guessing it was your first cycle? Either way it was badly planned and has been badly run. You should have ran your test longer than the deca but should have just run test as a first cycle.

Pct starts 14 days after your last injection.

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20/20

So

10 weeks on
2 weeks wait time til pct
6 weeks of pct

Total 18 weeks.

My doctor wouldn't prescribe me pcts without my estrogen levels checking out higher than what I started with. I'm currently in week 7, so I have 3 weeks left (6pins).

Do you recommended a low dosage of test e after the 10 weeks?

also is that the clomid & nolva dosages?

Stop the deca and the anadromous. Now.

Run your test only for the next 3 weeks.

Start your ai now. If it's Arimidex 0.25mg eod until 2 days before PCT starts.

Start HCG now. 250iu's twice every 3.5 days until 3 days before PCT.

14 days after your last test pin start your PCT as detailed above. They are daily doses per week.

Doctor know almost nothing about cycling, don't get advice from one or worse still, from your dealer or bodybuilder mate/bloke in the gym.

Agree but only thing I'd do different is to either bump the HCG to 250 x 3 per week or 500 x 2.

run arimidex for 5 weeks? & then run 75mg clomid & 40mg nolvadex the first day I start my pcts?

For my 2nd cycle starting from week 1 to week 10 when do I introduce hcg & pcts?

75mg Clomid and 40mg nolvadex per day for the first week.
