    Starting Out, Need Advice.

Okay, I'll start off by saying I'm 21, 6ft even, and approx. 270 lbs. I had a bariatric surgery performed 4 years ago. i weighed 400 lbs then. i used to weigh considerably less than i do now, around 200 (yes i know, im a dumbass for letting myself go.) while i have kinda become more solid in the stomach, i still have a lot of loose skin. i also have next to no muscle mass, i lost it with the rest of my weight due to not working out. now, i understand i shouldve been keeping up with this the past 4 years, but i didnt and i can do nothing but start now. im open to any dietary/workout/supplement plan reccomended, i just am looking for a place to start. i know i can find all of that in other threads, but i wanted to post this to see if i could get any beginner's advice. i want to lose the weight, bulk up, and possibly tighten the loose skin around my stomach/chest and my arms. any advice?

Congrats on the weight loss..gaining muscle is always a great way to counter balance the weight loss..your stomach is still gonna be outta control ..it's gonna take time and effort and a great diet..this is a section for introduction of new members try to spend some time looking around the forum and reading the sticky ..I think taking AAS in your future isn't a bad idea but your gonna need to lose a bit more fat and get your training and diet in check..
