So I have been a HUGE soda drinker for years and trying to cut down, if not eliminate it from my diet.
I dingy drink regular soda only diet but it is equivalent of my coffee for the day as I am not a coffee fan.
I have tried in the past to eliminate it with carbonated waters that don't contain aspartame but then I am not getting the caffeine that my body craves.
I recently started replacing soda with green tea as it has many health benefits plus I can get my caffeine.
I am curious what other die hard soda drinkers like myself have done to kick the soda habit.
