I´m new to the forum and I just want to quickly introduce myself.
I started working out at the age of 16, 173cm(5,69ft) height, and a weight of 49kg(108lbs). As you can see, I was not that sporty back then. Today, nearly two years later my weight changed to 70kg(154) (same height). But in the last 2-3 months my progress on my own weight, as well as increasing the weight I´m lifting kinda stopped.
(Edit: my bf is ~10%)
Supplements I take: Protein Powder, creatine (not at the moment), bcaa´s, maltodextrine
My greatest problem seems to be nutrition, because I´m usually not that hungry.
I really hope I can find some tips & tricks in this forum to get closer to my goal (8%bf, >76kg/168lbs)!
