    59 year old needs help with products

    Hello I am new to the site. I am 59 years old and have worked out for many years. Looking to tighten up, get some better definition, get the sex drive ramped up, and lose about 10 lbs. I honestly do not have a clue about any of this. I did hormone replacement therapy in a doctors office for about 9 months a few years ago and liked it.

    Would like to start up again.,
