Ok back from holiday. And now i train as normal. I lost 3-4 weeks but i managed to keep my diett and my bodyfat is lowering again. I continue out july and from now i will try to add mass aswell as more cutting. Should be easy because i guess my body i screaming for some heavy weigths again.
500 sus but i guess i lower deca to 250 every 6 day. Adding rad140 but my cardarine and sr9009 are empty so let see if that slows my diettmission.
