Just looking to learn everything I can to help me gain an edge in a hectic and fitness reliant job.
I'm a 30 year old Operator who rarely has more than a month or two to get back into shape before deploying or heading back on another course or training. Former National level athlete and I have been lifting since high school but only seriously in the last 6 years.
