    Hello everyone. I'm 27 years old, 6'0" tall, 185 lbs, located in southern USA. Seasoned in weight training, New to body building. Getting back in the gym after 2 years. Looking to push my body to a reasonable limit to see what I can do and Hoping this forum will prove resourceful in my journey.
