so a popular chem research place has b12 at 1000mcg/ml on sale for a good deal..... was thinking of doing .5cc 2x week? does that sound about right? curious to hear what others have to say.... thanks for your input!

B12 is great! Just dont add it if your hematocrit is on the high side as it can increase it even further.

im already taking hcg with b12 in it...would that be too much b12 if i bought the bottle and injected that too? would it be overkill? thanks guys.
