Hey all! My name is David. Im a new member, 26 years old 6'3" 225lbs. I have had weight training experience throughout my life but never steady. About 6 months ago I was looking for a outlet for some stress and got back into lifting and am loving it this time. As anyone I have a goal of what I would like to achieve (i.e. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bradley Martyn) just classic aesthetic look and to be strong as well. I'm not looking to start a cycle at this time but some of the stuff here is interesting to read around training/advice/experience. Hit me up cause I'm just looking to learn!
