Lots of calories achieved by good whole foods. Intense training. Then when you advance. Look into super sets, drop sets, pre and post exhausting etc etc and kind of be creative with whatever intensity or combinations you want to invent.
Some basic supplements to help such as quality fish oil, whey isolate for pre and post workout, BCAAs, glutamine and multi vitamin. Plenty of rest. 8 hours at least. Lol I like 10 hours if possible
Never skip leg day. And stay dedicated and go hardcore. You will get minimal results from 1 year at least of hard dedicated training. It's a life style and gratifying long term goals achieved.
But definitely NOT STERIODS or Testosterone especially at that age and weight
