Hi, ok a little about me, i'm 27 years old and have been lifting for now 5 years. I weight currently 167 pounds (I know not that much for 5 years years but I started at like 132 pounds so its a big deal for me.) I'm here to gather information about roids like for exemple their health effects ,effectiveness etc.
I came here after coming across a page "the 30 lies of bodybuilding" in one of the lies debunked it basically said that people think you can achieve a fitness model body naturally with only hard work and diet but fitness models and professional bodybuilders need steroids to have that kind of physique and that its not achievable naturally.
so I'm thorn,part of me(the one that's kinda addicted to going to the gym by now) wants badly to attain my goal of getting t 185 190 lbs of lean muscle and it may not be achievable naturally. The other part of me(the rational one) knows about the risks of such a pursuit both for the health not to mention the legality of it. I'm hoping to resolve this internal conflict here.
