    Brainstorming my year long project.

    Ok guys, so im making a year long plan to move up a level in competitive bodybuilding, so iv been rattling some ideas around my head and i wanted to bring them to the open forum for discussion. What im looking for is the most efficient and effective way to win that next big trophy. Bearing in mind I am VERY carb sensitive which is great when building but poor when cutting.

    Option 1; find and employ a nutrionist / PT, now im very wary of this, because A they dont know my body and B, in my experience they have one plan only and no scope for change, C I am coeliac

    Option 2; do my own diet using the knowledge i have learnt so far, its not rocket science, it just needs fine tuning so here goes

    Bulk phase - option 1 - 40 week straight through bulk with carbs at something like 50c/30p/20f increasing calories when weight plateaus.
    bulk phase option 2 - a 12 week carb bulk as above followed by a 4 week lower calorie 'primer' for the next 12 weeks, rinse and repeat
    bulk phase option 3 - 12 week carb bulk as above, 4 week keto blast rinse and repeat
    bulk 4 - bulking on CKD so keto mon-fri and carb up sat sun, well over maintenace calories.

    Cutting phase 20 week cut. opt 1: 4 weeks carbs fat burners and cardio with calories high, drop to keto 4 week adaptation phase, then CKD 12 week
    opt 2: 20 week skd and tiny 400g carb up pre show
    opt 3: 20 week CKD, 1 day carb up - not wild , something like a pre show protocol like 400g carbs, that way i get 20 practices in.
    opt 4 : 20 week TKD so 10g dextrose cocktail intra workout.

    I just dont know what to do for best.

    I like your approach of 12 on(very intense) 4-6wks of depleting your glycogen stores to reopen that growth window... Without this you'll stall much earlier... You could also try SBC but link it to a pre cycle prime(longer and slower the better) leave it open ended and once growth stalls or sides creep up bad pull the plug... Start your prime again - just a thought

    IMHO - you'll need to change around your doses to even keep gaining on a 40wk run... Youll be over-worked and I see no point in going keto on a bulk... Regardless of refeed days...

    What's your bulking cycle looking like? And compounds used during both I'm guessing deca off bulk and Tren on cut

    Just for the record, I have purchased a 20 week training plan in PDF format, a bit cheesy i knmow, but its fairly advanced and it changes every 4 weeks or so, so its not cookie cutter stuff, drop sets, cluster sets etc, i will be going through this in 10 week sections to coincide with the blast periods

    In addition to this i will also be pumping iron in the Am, some kind of compound movements, 5x5, or a 2 day full body work out (Mike Mentzer) twice a week,

    so yeah its gonna be brutal, i may even have a full week offf the iron if my body is screaming at me, and im getting older now lol

    with all that info i forgot to say that: YES I will be coinciding the diet with the cycle, so 12 weeks high carb high gear, 4 weeks keto / cruise.
    Like a blast/bulk cycle followed by a 4 week cut /prime / cruise ready for the next block.

    So the full plan is this
    Bulking cycle will be classic high carb, 1g/lb Protein, 15-20% fats
    weeks 1-10
    test 1400 pw
    deca 700 pw
    Dbol (injectable oil) 105 pw (known good results from this)
    this has me pinning EOD
    Adex is going to 0.5 EOD to start with and blood work after four weeks and fine tune estradol from there.

    Cruise 11-14 test 200, Keto style diet - High fats, medium protein, low carbs.

    15-24 as above

    Cruise 25-28 test 200 here i will add in clen and cardio, last year i kept carbs high and hammered cardio, i can do the same for a month here.

    Cutting cycle: i may even have to split this up into two ten weeks and a 4 week cruise
    wk 29-38
    test 1400
    primo 700
    adrol 120( injectable oil ) i love this drug cutting, contrary to popular belief

    Cruise weeks 39-42 test 200

    wk43-until show season is over.
    test 1400
    tren 350
    mast 350 (nothing happens above 500 for me here)
    adrol 120
