Was wondering what are some of your favorite isolation workouts that target middle and lower traps. I like to do face down on an incline bench and do Y raises for lower traps. And I like to do arms stretched out in front and shrug back similar to a cable row but a shrug for middle traps.
I really need to develope my lower and middle traps to balance out these frikin grenades I have on my neck(upper traps ). Plus I hear that an imbalance can lead to shoulder rotator cuff pain etc. I been noticing it on left shoulder but has been getting better since I been working out.
I do masonry work. So all day it's lading blocks and bricks etc. which is a natural upright row motion so i figured my shoulder was a little worn down from all the labor.
