Aspirated but didn't see blood after

Went to go inject, I did aspirate about an ml didn't see nothing so I injected, after I pulled it out, I noticed the tip was a tint color then I noticed a drop of blood in the needle as I filled the needle with air. 2 questions,

1) did I get the dosage for today? 2) should I be worried?

The needle passes through tissue that contains small veins. You likely went through a small vein on your way down into the muscle. Happens all the time. Your injection point was fine or you would have seen blood during aspiration.
