Started my first cycle of test e 500mg
So 250mg twice a week ,12.5mg adex eod
Hcg and Nolva for pct.
Stats- 5 10", 190lbs, 14%bf

Better to use hcg on cycle.

You should add clomid for pct aswell. Clomid is a more effectiv testbooster than nolva.

i've read a lot and know a fair amount of people who have been doing cycles for years, who only do hcg post cycle as it contradicts itself buy doing another injection would it not nullify the hcg? Also im not arguing im just wonder why you feel it is necessary.
Also adding clomid wil be very easy.

Yeah we use too due that back in the early 80s and it dont work! I am witness to that.

Yeah hCG is for use during cycle.
To use it after a cycle when LH&FSH has begun to rise when levels of AAS in your system falls and the nolva/clomid does its job increasing LH&FSH secretion, then hCG would be pointless. HCG just acts a LH in the body.

To use it after cycle one would really just use it for like 1 week while the levels of AAS in your system falls, that's not enough to regain testicle size after an 8-12 week cycle f.ex.

So running it during cycle would mimic an LH signal being sent, when the brain has shut down test production. And hCG at this point will prevent testicular atrophy. It will even prevent test production to stop 100%.
It also has other benefits during cycle, like keeping up production of other hormones that's produced in alongside T from your testicles.
Only negative about hCG is that it might increase E2 also,
but that's easily controlled by an AI like anastrozole.

HCG during the cycle only and in reality you want off of it as soon as you can as you dont want to to desensitize yourself either.

The most important thing when cycling is to make sure most of your body work as normal. (Gregg Valentino) Hcg will make your balls work. Its supressive but that it not so important cause ur already supressed all day. After the cycle when you stop alle supressive androgens its also important to stop the other supressive drugs cause its time to stand on your own feet and restart own production. Hcg will slow that prosess. Hcg only fires your balls but u dont need that now cause hcg fired your balls all cycle. Now its time for serms and they are not supressive. But they do not speed up recovery. They just mask the pain while u heal.
