Arimidex . Dosage and duration please help

Hi running test e cycle only.300mg a week on week 9 and have a mild side effect of gyno got hold of some arimidex but don't know what dosage to take and when to come off them either same time as the test or carry on after ?eny help would be much appreciated thanks ..

.25 mg eod and run it right up to 3 days before you start pct
